Ideal Commercial Concrete Solutions franchise owners understand and are willing to follow the franchise system and are enthusiastic about our brand.
Franchisees will successfully complete pre-opening training with up to four other key team members at our headquarters in Platte City, Missouri. The franchise owner will attend for 10 days, while up to four other key members of their team will attend for 5 days. During this time, we will guide you through everything you need to know to open a concrete repair business with confidence, from managing the national accounts you’ll have access to, to running projects and payroll, and building your local team. Of course, you’ll have access to our detailed confidential operations manual, which includes every detail of established operating and sales practices, concrete repair and design techniques, and so much more, so you can replicate our business model and stand out in your community.
The estimated initial investment to begin operations ranges from $200,800 to $318,400. This includes a $50,000 initial franchise fee for a single territory agreement. As with any new venture, adequate capital is essential to fund the initial business growth stages. We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
We collect a 6% royalty fee based on gross revenues, and a technology fee of $100 per month (may increase to up to $200/month) for access to our software and other tools. Fees such as this allow us to fund our ongoing support services, as well as the continued development of techniques and procedures, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. Franchise owners will contribute 1% (this may increase to up to 2%) of gross revenues to the brand marketing fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Commercial Concrete Solutions brand and cover the creative costs to create brand marketing materials and campaigns. Franchisees are expected to invest 1% (this may increase to up to 2%) of gross revenues in local marketing efforts, as well as a minimum of $4,000 on their initial launch promotions. The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each. With that, you have a business you can continue to grow, and a legacy you can leave for your community and family.
